Crops Stay in Good Shape Despite Cold Weather
The South Dakota weekly weather and crop bulletin reports crops generally in good condition. Unseasonably cold temperatures and frosts slowed progress but little damage is expected as most crops are at a solid stand. Weeds were frozen back and stock is healthy across the state. More rain will be needed for rapid growth when warmer weather arrives.
