Pierre March 15. Three awards including a P T A cup and two trophies will be given for the 1928 29 contest at the South Dakota Parent Teacher association state convention next fall. Bert L Hall announced the prizes. The first cup, donated by Mrs H C Sessions Sioux Falls, goes to the city town or rural school with the largest P T A membership relative to school enrollment as of October 1 1928. Membership will be based on the state treasurer's records as of April 1 1929. The second trophy is from the state board of managers for the district with the most units affiliating with the state congress between Sept 1 1925 and March 25 1929.
