Gettysburg March 5 Special authorities report a two year wave of horse thefts in Dewey Meade Zichach and Perkins counties baffling lawmen. C B Tinsley of Faith linked to a 400 head hog herd is believed to head a rustler band. 100 to 500 horses stolen in Perkins and similar numbers in adjacent counties. A truckload of hides marked brands from local ranches was seized. Tinsley faces March 18 trial on grand larceny charges with a $1500 bond.
