Doland plans rapid preparations for its annual First of July celebration. A Kiddies Parade opens at noon with contests and races to follow. A 2:30 p.m. baseball game pits J. Raymond against Crandall, then 6:30 p.m. features Huron Armour AIL Stars vs Deland All-Stars. Howard Amusement Co offers shows and concessions, ending with a late dance.
