Theresa Wisconsin July 23 district attorney Clarence Tracger said Walter H Klix 41 a railroad depot telegrapher shot and killed his wife Margaret 34 and his six year old son Herbert then wounded himself and set the house on fire. Klix survived with a 50 50 chance of recovery at St Agnes Hospital Fond du Lac while hospital attendants noted he suffered from de asians. The DA said family trouble caused the shootings and that Klix would be questioned when able.
