Five South Dakota counties join tenant purchase program

James Winford, held in Manhattan Kansas, will be returned to Madison on a charge of holding up the Fairway Food Store last February. The Madison store proprietor Mrs L E Vining was threatened by a rifle wrapped in brown paper until the money was handed over. Winford, who had worked in Madison, was said to have checked out of a rooming house the Monday after the Delroy store hold up and was arrested Wednesday in Manhattan.
