Pierre January 16 The kill of deer and elk in the Black Hills during the opening hunting season last November was considerably below 1931 figures. Incomplete returns show 429 deer and 28 elk were secured by hunters versus 464 deer and 44 elk in 1931. Final license totals await March 1 dep wardens reports.
