Spencer Vacant Lot Becomes City Parkstone

Workers filled the low area last fall and have since removed trees from a nearby grave south of Spencer, transplanting 16 to 20 foot specimens with three feet of soil to protect roots. Preston Farm Youth Suffers Crushed Foot
