James Sebree Civil War Vet Dies at Soldiers Home

James Sebree a Civil War veteran and 34 year supreme court librarian and marshal at Pierre died yesterday at the Soldiers Home near Hot Springs at age 32. He served in Company A of the Illinois infantry and is survived by Mrs Sebree who also lives in Hot Springs. His body was sent to Pierre for funeral.

Coast Guard Fire Fatality In Niagara River Incident

Olson's Leg Broken In Fall From Horse

Broderu Fined On Prohibition Charge

J C Broderson of 103 Second Street Southeast pleaded guilty in municipal court to possession of intoxicating liquor and was fined 50 dollars by Judge Tudzo Dick Haney after police raided a harness shop and confiscated liquor. City attorney John F Sauer pressed the case.
