Frank Kearns of 336 Frank Street in Huron was arrested at the request of Sanborn County Sheriff in Woonsocket on two counts of grand larceny for allegedly stealing sacks of clover and alfalfa seed from Woonsocket residents Harry Stakke and James Hall on Armistice Day. Herbert L. Stuart of 506 Utah Avenue S E also arrested on a bench warrant after paying a $5 balance on a prior petty larceny fine. he was dismissed after payment.

Automobile Crash Leads To $43,000 Law Suit
In St Paul a September 2 automobile crash that killed Mrs. Max Beghtel initiates a $43,000 damages suit. The defendants are Judgsons Motor Co of Anoka and Clifford Jenkins driver of the tow car. C Gottwald owner of the Blue and White cab and Guy Davidson driver face the case set for trial. Beghtel died October 25 after a skull fracture left her unconscious for 52 days.
