Raised note activity eyed at state penitentiary
Nashville secret service operative Leo S. Williams said he will seek a federal grand jury investigation into raised note activity at the state penitentiary. He cited Henry Ford and Everett Hil of Franklin in a $2 to $20 note reissue, with Barr described as a leading rasper. Barr has prior robbery sentences in Knox County and an additional federal term for note ruining.
