Mrs Ed Stuart Dies After Months of Illness
Mrs Ed Stuart died at her home 203 Kansas Avenue Southeast yesterday afternoon after a months long illness. Born Maude Yates March 25 1883 in Burlington Junction Missouri she married George Edward Stuart December 18 1906 and lived in Maryville 1906 to 1911 before moving to a farm near Virgil South Dakota then to Huron in 1916. Survived by husband eight children and six brothers the funeral will be held Thursday at 2 30 at Xinyon Chapel with Rev E Wilcox of the Methodist Church in charge burial in Ideal Cemetery.

Unknown Man Found Dead Near Volga
Vic Bronk County officers sought to identify a man found dead along a highway west of Volga yesterday afternoon. Doctors said a heart attack may have caused death. The 65 year old had a bald head, thin brows, a hat at the sides and a large gold tooth. No ID was found on him. His belongings held notebooks listing towns in South Dakota and nearby states with money amounts entered beside each town.
