Aberdeen August 27 Mrs Edward Y Wildebrandt wife of a Mina farmer was critically injured when grabbed by the sickle of a mowing machine near her farm home. She was rushed to an Aberdeen hospital with both legs badly cut.
Argonne, Aug 27. Lightning struck the storm torn barn on the farm home of Toma Pillard five miles northeast of here. Mrs Pillard led out one team and two calves before flames engulfed the structure. Pigs calve oats wool harness and grain were destroyed. Insurance on the building declined by lapse. total insured amount 700 dollars.
