Rankin completes Canada to Mexico nonstop flight

Hitch Hikers Attack Women In Kansas Disturbance

Two young hitch hikers attacked Miss Leda Beauregard and Mrs. Beatrice Walsh near Hoxie Kansas. The two women were stripped beaten and slashed with a razor then dumped in a pasture bound and robbed. They were found by a ranch foreman and despite injuries doctors expect recovery. The assailants fled in Walshs car and remain at large.

Howard Lions to Get Charter in Howard Banquet
