Cornered Man at Hotel Moore Shoots Police Standoff

Springfield dispatch: police and National Guard surrounded Pleas Grumpy Moore, 68, in a third floor hotel room with tear gas for over 30 minutes after an itinerant razor blade salesman fired on officers.
