Pile Up Evidence Against Suspect In Rosen Slaying
Minneapolis April 16 Detective Captain James Mullen said enough evidence exists for an indictment in the slaying of Mrs. Goldie Rosen. A new witness a tavern bartender near Lake Street will be asked to id the suspect who rode to General Hospital after the killing. The suspect, held since questioning, is linked to Bernice Rosen who named him after recovering from a beating. The investigation includes checking alibis and a possible move to the victim’s apartment. An x ray showed a finger injury treated at General Hospital the day after the killing.
