Rockies Blizzard Disrupts Travel Across Colorado
A spring blizzard swept the Rocky Mountain region, bringing 4 to 5 inches of snow to Cheyenne and 2 to 3 inches to Denver. Strong north winds created heavy drifts on highways and rail lines, disrupting air and road travel from Colorado to Wyoming. Temperatures and precipitation figures were noted, with nationwide weather forecasts calling for fair but colder conditions in the region tonight.
