TOKIO reports Admiral Togo states mines were sunk off Port Arthur then the squadron withdrew fifteen miles. The Petropavosk, emerging from harbor to engage, struck a mine and sank with all hands. Also noted are a distribution of Chamios Fair estate among sisters and botkin murder sentence postponed.
