License Act Declared Void by Attorney General
The 1921 Act creating county license boards for poolrooms and similar venues is ruled null and void by Attorney General Fowler in agreement with District Attorney Summerfield. The ruling cites a conflict between the body of the act and its title, making enforcement impossible. بعض counties already set license fees for poolrooms bowling alleys dance halls and similar establishments.
