Gillingham a retired Oakland capitalist was cited by Judge Griffin to appear next Wednesday and show cause why he should not be held in contempt of court for failing to answer deposition questions in a $100,000 damages suit against Attorney Schouler over alleged alienation of Mrs. Gillingham's affections.
