Elko Officials Hit By Malfeasance Charges
Elko Nevada October 29 private complainants filed charges against County Commissioners Henry Jones and James Gregory for malfeasance following a three week grand jury probe into graft. Allegations include unpaid or inferior county purchases, irregular county printing, and inflated ads. Evidence presented by Deputy AG E T Patrick and special prosecutor Charles B Henderson.
