Panama Canal debate centers on sea level versus lock plan

The De posit monument marks the Nov 7 1835 earth cutting and the Nov 10 dedication ceremony attended by officials. Frank Bell of Reno named Justice of the Peace in Reno township succeeding Judge Richard Nash.

Judge Thomas E. Haydon, a long standing Nevada attorney aged 79, died at his Reno home after lung pain. he leaves a wife and six grown children. Born in Bardstown Kentucky, his death follows a sudden illness. Senator W A Clark of Montana bought Union Mills in El Dorado County California for about 1.75 million dollars, after rejecting a 1.25 million offer from Standard Oil eight months earlier.
