In the Emmons county republican convention editor Streeter wins the party endorsement for the Twenty sixth district seat in the next legislature by a narrow margin. The hotly contested campaign saw the pendulum swing from Patterson two years ago back to Streeter, who is described as a fierce fighter with firm views on legislation and strong public voice.
