County convention to nominate and select delegates
A Democratic county convention is called for July 29 1908 to nominate a candidate for Governor and select seven delegates to the Republican district convention. Delegates will be chosen from precincts with representation based on votes for the Democratic governor candidate. Caucuses occur between five and six p m at polling places. The central committee will appoint delegates and arrange for the district convention where one Senator and two Representatives are to be nominated.
