In an afternoon session on January 11, the board reconvened after adjournment at 2 p.m. The clerk reported a requisition for forty three names to fill a full list of two hundred names to be reported under the collecting law. Numerous names listed include Henry Porter, C B Bostyckman, David E. Streeter, Wm. Styckman, Thos Cotton, I D Grace, J A Scott Green, Wm Whitney, W. N. Walker, J. W. Woeratt, and others. Fees for the state vs B B Stowart and related duties were approved by the state’s attorney and the board. sheriff fees for Kagel’s deputy were noted.
