This morning while repairing the C L W dock section about 500 feet long broke loose and slid into the river. Several workmen had narrow escapes as a force was sent to raise the sunken timbers. Also reported death of Wesley P Taylor at West Bridge street hospital from pneumonia following a cold. Funeral set for Friday at 10:30 at the Methodist church with burial at Ridgeville.
