Lorwin Steel Company holds annual meeting and elects directors
GOOLIDGE Pennsylvania stockholders of Lorwin Steel Company met in Moxham Johnstown offices for their annual meeting and officer election. Directors re elected include Elbert Gary Daniel Coolidge P Lavelle P M Boyd and EB Entwisle. Officers listed Daniel Coolidge president P Lavelle vice president and general manager of the Johnstown plant P Boyd secretary and treasurer of Lorain Steel. Qyme Miller of Oberlin fined five dollars and costs for intoxication. Leroy Richardson and James Clark fined five dollars and costs for disorderly conduct in police court. Arrests were made on Broad street Thursday morning by officer Krohn.

Oldest Church Bell in Ohio Now in Vermilion Belfry
Vermilion houses what is believed to be the oldest church bell in Ohio. The bell, moved from Cleveland, was found in the belfry during a sermon by Rev. J H Kaley at the Toth dedicatory anniversary of the first church in the west of the Cuyahoga. Previously Marietta had the oldest bell, but it has been recast.
