Ohio governor race narrows to three candidates seeks three-way contest
Columbus dispatch reports the Ohio governor race centers on three frontrunners. WHH and Major Dick deny involvement while Nash appears poised to rally forces. Judge Nash is described as upright, not a politician, with McKinley naming only a royal Republican nominee. Kurtzites back Jones of Youngstown linked to Kurtzism and Bushnellism, while Daugherty positions as unity candidate against factionalism. If no clear winner, a dark horse may emerge.
