Wreck injures fifteen on Cleveland and South Western Railway
A derailment near Oberlin on the Cleveland and South Western Railway at five o'clock Thursday afternoon left fifteen injured. Conductor Seaford Dale and Motorman Kearries led a wrecked car into Henrietta Center five miles west of Oberlin. Several passengers, including George Burns, G D Ward, A E Lansing, Mrs Nancy Robinson, and others from Norwalk and Elyria, suffered serious and minor injuries. Medical aid, a relief car from Elyria, and hospital transport followed, with all expected to recover. No blame assigned.

Tube Mills announce Lorain plant to employ thousands
The Lorain Mill project will build a plant as large as the Lorain Steel works and hire not less than 8000 workers. Construction starts when weather permits and will be running within a year. About 1000 men will build it and many skilled trades will be needed. Population is expected to rise from 23000 to 50000 in ten years.
