The case Hattie Sheldon v Jennie Dereamer settled Tuesday in Kipton. The will of Abran Dereamer, a former resident, was contested and the court ordered equal one third divisions to plaintiff and her daughter with a trustee in charge. Attorneys were E G Johnson for the plaintiff and W E Bedortha Metcalf and Cinniger for the defense.
Henrietta Schlecter visited Cleveland and Collinwood relatives last Saturday and Sunday. A birthday surprise for L Latteman marked his 20th. A masquerade at Mangona hall in Birmingham drew a good crowd. Mina, Martha, and Ida Bauman traveled from Elyria to visit family. delays kept cars at home. Mrs. L Webster and Mr. C Bauman remain ill but improving. Mr. A Kelly, recently ill, improved but cold setback worsened. Henriett and Mary Bauman and Mrs. Abibi of Oberlin visited parents. J Bauman was in Elyria. Mr. and Mrs. Heidrich and Bettenhouse families visited each other. H Heidrich visited Elyria and North Amherst.
