GOLGY IAlat died Tuesday morning at Lake Breeze after a lingering illness. He was seven years old and survived by one child, Mrs. Roy Ellis of Norwalk. He resided on a Lorain area farm and was well regarded in the county. The Rich ard Allen WROC meeting is set for Friday February 27, with a gathering at Nellie Parsons home on February 26 to prepare for hospital work in Xenia.

Will Case Settled Tuesday in Common Pleas Court

The case Hattie Sheldon v Jennie Dereamer settled Tuesday in Kipton. The will of Abran Dereamer, a former resident, was contested and the court ordered equal one third divisions to plaintiff and her daughter with a trustee in charge. Attorneys were E G Johnson for the plaintiff and W E Bedortha Metcalf and Cinniger for the defense.
