J M Switzer sues John and Alec Hope for 2076 dollars alleging a fierce bull gored him and trespass by 30 head of cattle and horses on Switzer’s land destroying crops from July 15 onward. He claims the bull, kept by the defendants, attacked him causing injury and medical expenses.
