North Amherst man dies after collision with electric car
John Deland of North Amherst was struck by a Lake Shore Electric car at First Street and Erie Avenue Lorain yesterday at 4 PM and died an hour later. He was drinking at the time and stepped into the path of the vehicle. The report also notes a major electric railway plan connecting Indianapolis Toledo and Cleveland with multiple Indiana branches and a bond issue of 4.5 million dollars, naming executives and trustees in the financing group.

Vander Bernau who jumped a bond of 800 dollars to dodge three counts has been located in Michigan by acquaintances. He is reportedly in a good mood to return for his medicine.
