A Friday noon accident at the Ely water works left Stencil Clenechalk of Oberlin avenue with serious injuries after a 46 foot fall from a new building. He landed on building material, suffered a broken leg, a dislocated ankle, and severe back and chest pain. He was taken home by ambulance in intense pain.
