The will of William Gibbons of Pittuflaki, who died at Wlyrla hospital from injuries in the C and SW wreck of July 19, was probated Monday morning. Nore Gueh Ne, his niece, was appointed executrix. He leaves Margaret Gibbons 00, Patrick and Thomas 1 each, Mary Gibbons 290, Anna Ward 50, with the remainder divided equally among his sisters Katherine Farragher Margaret Gibbons and Mary Guthrie.

Ellen Katharine Johnson, youngest daughter of Hon and Mrs G Johnson, died at the family residence on Middle Avenue just before noon Tuesday after a long illness. She was twenty one years old on the seventeenth of June. The funeral will be held at the home Thursday afternoon at two o'clock.

A valuable horse owned by Dr Wheatley of Lorain died after a trolley car frightened it and caused a fatal shoulder wound. The animal was a renowned mount in Cleveland's Black Horse Troop and served at President McKinley's inauguration.
