Richard Rollin, arrested with Hughie Lowery and Sandy Cline at the fair grounds on the building without consent charge, was fined and placed in Walter K. Brown’s care. Rohm agreed to work to pay the fine, with Brown expected to hire him Monday. The mayor deemed the Rosa offense not serious and let him go. Sandy Cline remains in the city.
