The Elyria LaGrange and Southern Traction company held a stockholders meeting in Elyria to form an organization and elect officers. Over 80 000 in stock subscribed, directors named, and officers chosen with plans to build a six mile line from Cottesbrook farm to LaGrange. Work to begin soon and cars expected within six months. Also reports of Meyers seeking divorce from Effie Meyers on grounds of neglect and adultery, married since 1902 in Lorain. Mrs Shaw dies at Belvidere at about thirty years old.
