Roundsman Nearly Electrocuted By Broken Wire In Lorain Lamp Incident
Roundsman George W. Barker of the electric light company narrowly escaped electrocution Tuesday night in Lorain. While lowering a lamp a wire broke. Barker gripped it with his left hand and the lamp in his right, completing the circuit with 3600 volts. He was knocked twenty feet, lay unconscious thirty minutes, and later received burns to his hands. He will be confined to the house for several days.

Game Wardens and local authorities arrested August and Herman Fetzer father and son on a Wednesday charge of fishing in Black River contrary to law. They reside at South Lorain and pleaded not guilty at arraignment before Justice Lawrence. Bond set at 500 dollars. hearing scheduled for Tuesday morning at nine. Warranted search by Domas Whitford and Constable Cahoon used a naptha launch to drag the river where near the steel plant pumping station and two miles downstream nets were found. five more nets and a sema 500 feet long were located on the bank. Nearby, Eben Holden readings were noted at the First Congregational Church. Also advertised: Candy Kitchen will open Thursday for cream parlor service and delivery citywide. An electric plant project is being organized in Merida to power street railways.

New Tee Plant Receives Block Tiles From Ohio Plant
The Hygienic Lee Company of New Lexington Ohio received four carloads of viti fied building block tile described as non conducting and rich like pressed brick. The blocks will aid in building ice and gold storage plants and help regulate outside temperatures with minimal effect. Brick layers began work on the site Thursday after delays caused by hood activity in the western part of the state. Construction will be pushed rapidly to completion.
