Special Session Called Over Prohibition Pact

French and American Forces Halt German Push on Matz Front
Paris reports French troops struck a heavy blow driving Germans back to the north bank of the Matz river amid continued battles along the Aisne to Villers-Cotterets and along the Marne front where American units repelled assaults.
