Albert H Howe a republican candidate for the United States Senate was born in Brooklyn in 1872 and built a long business career. He worked for the United States Express Company, served as private secretary to Senate leaders, helped develop foreign operations, and later moved to Nevada to lead banking and mining firms in Reno Goldfield and serve as treasurer and director. He cites business training and legislative experience as the basis for public service and his run for Washington. He married in 1893 and lives in Goldfield with his family.
