Elgin Iowa Town Council Proceedings July 1982
Elgin council met as adjourned on July 4 1982 with mayor Weibel and four councillors present Absent Schori. Bills allowed by unanimous vote include repairs exchanges clocks and mayoral and treasurer salaries. A motion to adjourn passed.
