The Clermont Cooperative met December 4 at West Clermont Lutheran Church parlors. About 250 dined first, served by ALCW circles Ruth, Naomi, Martha and Sarah. Reuben Steffins led the meeting. Oliver Larson read minutes. Sales and services totaled 457,489 with net savings 31,242 and funds allocated to members totaling 32,? etc. New board member Quinton Olson elected with Oliver Larson and Clarence Kittelson, and officers were re-elected: Steffians as president, Kittelson as vice president, Larson as secretary.

Six Winners Drawn For Turkeys At Clermont Club Event
Six turkeys were given away Saturday December 2 at the John Deere showroom drawing sponsored by the Clermont Community Club. Winners were Henry Schweinefus Walter Schulie Mrs Frank Nims Mrs Albert Christianson Tilmer Thompson and Dean Mitts. Six more turkeys will be given away next Saturday and each Saturday following until Christmas.

Army Private First Class Completes Radio Repair Course
James A. Claussen aged 20 son of Mr and Mrs Albert H Claussen of Anita Iowa completed a microwave radio equipment repairman course on November 24 at the Army Signal School Fort Monmouth New Jersey.
