Farm price advances urged by Town Farm Bureau leaders
Prompt farm price advances are advocated by Chas EK Hearst of the Town Farm Bureau. The nation must realize that real purchasing power rests with farmers and higher farm product prices will aid the N RB A program. Glen McKellar of Monticello visits his parents in Highland and plans to return home. Mel Kohler is named handsomest man at a West Union golf tourney with seventy players. An anniversary party honors Mr. and Mrs. E L Morris. Des Moines Rescue Army performs a street program in Elgin. Numerous local visits and a note on postal fame in Nira is cited.
