Parks plan eyed for Edmonds five year stretch
Parks Director Jim Barnes presented the Edmonds five year plan to the City Council at the December 9 meeting. The draft covers 1987-1992, grew from surveys and park meetings, and aims to guide budgeting and land acquisition while avoiding costly moves. The plan hinges on IRC grants and other nonbond funding, with revisions due in January and March before final council approval.
