Lynnwood officer and suspect wounded in scuffle raid
Lynnwood police officer Randy Foltz and suspect Joseph Hartlove were injured by gunfire during a late week skirmish in Seattle Heights. Hartlove, an Edmonds man, fled after grabbing Foltz’s firearm. Hartlove was wounded in the upper arm and later taken into custody. Both were treated and released from Stevens Memorial Hospital. Hartlove faces first degree assault with a deadly weapon charges.
