Green convicted, now a suspect in Gere disappearance
Convicted rapist Michael K. Green has not been charged in the disappearance of 12-year-old Brenda Gere, Snohomish County prosecutors say though he has officially become a suspect. Deputy prosecutor Patricia Toth says sufficient evidence is lacking for charges, despite Green now facing new allegations.
