Vote set on formation of arts district boundary
Snohomish County will hold a public hearing on August 15 to form a regional arts and convention center district. Boundaries will extend north to 148th Street Southwest, excluding Harbour Pointe portion of Mukilteo School District. If approved, a separate ballot tax vote will fund a new arts complex on Edmonds Community College campus with a governing board drawn from local cities and districts.
