Mayor Ronald Cribbet will lead Fairfax 17th annual Fireman's Festival parade Saturday August 17. Ralph Heffner chairs the parade forming 1 PM at Fairfax School with Eldorados drum and baton corps, color guards, and fire equipment. Prizes and booths, cash prizes over two days, power generator display, and a big Sunday drawing. Submarine Veterans of World War II commander Edwin C.
