County Schools to Open September 23

County schools will open September 28 with about 7,000 pupils and 170 teachers, says County Superintendent C. F. Johnson. The teachers institute at Dothan High School will run Monday and Tuesday, beginning at 8:30 a.m., with attendance required for all teachers and substitutes.
