Dr Mal Newton died at his Bonifay home Saturday noon after years in the community. Funeral services were held at Beulah Baptist Church at 11 30 am with Rev Sellers officiating. Surviving are a widow three daughters and four sisters. Burial conducted by Duthen Undertaking Company.

Ora Thompson aged 88 of Daleville Alabama died Sunday afternoon in a Dothan hospital at 4:30 pm after recent hospitalization. Survived by husband W Thompson mother Mrs Brackins nine children four sisters and two brothers. Body prepared and sent to Daleville for funeral and burial in family lot by Fellows Farrenter.
