Nine Men Sent Up For Pre-Induction Exams
Selective Service Boards One Two and Three announced that nine men were sent for pre-induction physicals during the past week. Five were sent to Ft McClellan including Ewell Watson Hickman William Arthur Martin Thurman Ray Hardy Dempsey Cook and Billy Gene Dawsey all from the Wiregrass area. Four Negroes were sent to Ft Benning Chester Lee ex Arthur Green Coleman Wilson and Marvin Blythers, all from the Wiregrass area.
